We’ll learn how cultivating a regular mindfulness practice can help:
step out of automatic pilot
slow down busy minds
face difficult situations with grace
create space to make skilful decisions
NEW DATES for Course 1
Course 1: Monday evenings from 8pm to 9.30pm,
5th October to 7th December.
Course 2: Wednesday mornings from 10.30am to 12 noon,
7th October to 9th December.
(we will not meet the final two weeks of October – it’s half term)
The fee for the course is £150, which includes all materials and a half-day silent retreat on the Saturday after session 6.
