Kelly Robson has a longstanding meditation practice and was introduced to the Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction programme in 2011. Since then she has completed several mindfulness-related courses, including teacher training with the Bangor University Centre for Mindfulness Research and Practice and the Mindfulness in Schools Project.
